  • Care regardless of age, race, color, creed, national origin, sex, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or your ability to pay for care
  • Free, reasonably prompt interpreter services during all aspects of your visit to Crystal Lake Health Center. Crystal Lake Health Center provides interpreter service for limited English proficient patients, deaf/deaf-blind/hard-of-hearing patients and families.
